Council Member Joe Collins
Joe Collins has served on the Town of Franklin Franklin NC Town Council since 2015. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelors of Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated the J.D. Campbell Law School in 1987. Mr. Collins is a practicing attorney in Franklin, NC. He and his wife Pam have 3 children, Ward age 28, Hobe, age 26, and Sara, age 19.
