Report a Non-Emergency Crime or Collision Online
The Franklin Police Department online reporting is to better serve the citizens living, working, and visiting our Town. This reporting system will allow you to report most types of non-emergency crimes. The reported crime must have occurred in the City Limits of Franklin. Once you report a crime, it will be assigned to a Police Officer. You will then be contacted for a follow-up. Please allow 3-4 business days for a report to be reviewed and generated.

Crimes/Incidents/Collisions not eligible to report online:
- Crimes in progress or the suspect is still on scene
- Lost/stolen narcotic medications
- Missing persons or runaway juveniles
- Domestic violence incidents/situations
- Assault and battery with injury
- Sexual assaults
- Abusive incidents/situations
- Violent crimes
- Stolen vehicles
- Theft of property valued at over $1000
- Damage to property valued at over $1000
- Lost property
- Vehicle collision with damages over $1000, injury, death, or blocked roadway.
