Pickin' on the Square is just another one of Franklin's simple pleasures. Fun, free, weekly entertainment on just about every Saturday night throughout the summer.

Remember the fun begins at 6:30 PM with open mike, so you can show off your talent or the lack thereof, whichever the case. The main entertainment will begin at, or around, 7:30 PM so bring a chair and leave your cares, and spend an evening under the stars at Pickin' On The Square. SCHEDULE

July 4th	We are doing Pickin’ at the Recreation Park in combination with the Chamber of Commerce. There will be entertainment starting at 1:00 PM. From 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM the Group, Sundown, will perform. Then from 8:00 PM until the fireworks display the Army Rock Band, Loose Cannons, will perform.
